These are the steps to get your home on the market in 48 hours:

2. We review your listing request, email you our marketing package for you to review while we are determining value for your home.
3. We will contact you to discuss list price and may need to make arrangements to view the interior of the home.
4. Once YOU APPROVE suggested price and listing terms, we will type up the listing agreement and drop it by your home,  fax it, or email it to you for your signature.
